Jnana yoga

Jnana yoga is one of the yoga in Indian philosophy which explains about the path of a human life. The Jnana yoga is divided into 4 types. The four types include Viveka which means discrimination; Vairagya which means dispassion; Shad-sampat which means some 6 virtues-control of mind, control of sense, endurance, faith and concentration; Mumukshtva which is longing for liberation.
